TO ALL CLUBS
1) I need two passport photos of each player; they have to be signed on the back. Clearly with the registration form by the 16th august.
2) If you require a player to be signed on during the season, you will have to bring all photos and details to me, by the Wednesday before your game on Sunday. (No Exceptions)
3) If you signed on last year and you are signing on for the same team, I will not need new photos just a new registration forms.
4) If you are signing on for a new team, I will need new photos and the form.
The signing on fee for each player is £3.00 for the season 2007-8 this will be paid by each club at the league council meeting on the 14th January.
Failure to pay on or before this date will result in a £25.00 fine for your club.
Therefore, I will be sending each club out a bill by the 1st of January 2008.
Anybody wishing to sign anyone on or after the 14th January can bring their registration form and photos to me with £3.00 cash or a cheque per player.
