Minutes of the Pre Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 7 June 2006 at The Bengeo Club
Committee Members Present: C.Brooks, S.Bentley, B.Flack, R.Bunce, M.Lamprell
Apologies: K.Barrett

Clubs present following the Roll Call: Harts FC, Hornets, Hornsmill Utd, AFC Cheshunt, Sun and Harrow, Ware Saviours, Wareside FC, Waggon and Horses, Dane End United, Hornsmill Old Boys, Buntingford FC.

Clubs absent: Bury Rangers and The Salisbury Arms

The following rule amendments were proposed:
1. Monies for the registration of players will not be due until 1 December.
2. Rule 5(C) Replace 5 marks with 10.
3. Rule 5(E) Replace 5 marks with 10.
4. If players are on a contract but are only being paid expenses they can be signed.
5. Rule 13(D) Change to Nets Only.

These were proposed by AFC Cheshunt and seconded by Sun and Harrow.


Annual General Meeting

The minutes of the last AGM were proposed by AFC Cheshunt and seconded by Hornsmill Utd.

Clubs were advised that due to personal circumstances the Treasurer/Fines Secretary was unable to attend.
 
 
To date there was £1400 in the bank plus the Cup final receipts. The accounts should be prepared by the end of the month. To total of fines outstanding was £483.35.
 
A list of Clubs was read out along with the proposed Constitution of 2 divisions.
Clubs were advised that all signing on papers must be received by 1 August. The season would commence on 10 September and finish on 13 May.
 
 
The Cup finals would be held on 15,22,29 April.
A question was raised with regards pitches for Cup games.
 
 
The Committee confirmed that Clubs can agree between them where to play.
Discussions were held regarding the venue for the finals and whether to play in the evening. The majority was to try Letchworth FC first and keep to a Sunday.
 
The Registrations secretary advised that two photos must be sent for each player and that all forms must be fully completed. Payments for any player registering/de registering would not be due until 1 December and should be sent to K.Barrett.
 
The Committee positions were read out, with the exception of Mark all were willing to stand for a further season. Clubs were in agreement.
No further questions were raised. The meeting was closed.
