Disciplinary Meeting held on Monday 7 April 2008 at The Bengeo Club.
Meeting held with Jamie Lancaster and Paul Sharkey (White Lion)
£25 fine to be issued to Jamie Lancaster for bringing the League into disrepute.
Final warning letter to be sent to the Club regarding their overall conduct.
Both of which were accepted.
They were made aware of the implications for next season with regards to the Disciplinary points system.
Disciplinary Meeting held on Monday 10 March 2008 at The Bengeo Club.
Meeting held with Andy Adams (AFC Ram)
AFC Ram and Dane End Utd both fined £10 each for breach of Rule 12J.
Meeting held with Glyn James (Bury Rangers)
Club fined £10 for failing to deal with League Business and £10 owing from previous fine.
The £20 was paid on the night. Club advised of future conduct.
Disciplinary Meeting held on Monday 18th February 2008 at the Bengeo Club.
Meeting held with Danny Wells (Ware Saviours)
Final Warning given with regard to poor correspondence.
For the next 6 weeks the 2nd contact (Danny Wells 61 High St, Roydon, Herts) should be contacted for all League business.
Clive agreed to forward a League pack.
Meeting held with Sun and Harrow Reserves and The Salisbury
Firstly the Sun and Harrow 1st team was fined £25 for bringing the League into disrepute. This was accepted by the Club. Subsequently the game was awarded to Hornsmill as a 0-0 result. As a goodwill gesture the Sun and Harrow have sent a letter of apology along with a goodwill gesture of £100 to Bengeo Tigers.

Both Clubs were given the opportunity to put there case forward.
After lengthy discussion the Committee decided that the 3 points should be awarded to The Salisbury. Rule 12N was read out. Clubs were advised they have a right to appeal with the Herts FA.

Minutes of the Informal Disciplinary Management Committee Meeting held on Monday 3 September 2007 at The Bengeo Club
Committee Members Present: R.Bunce, C.Brooks, S.Bentley, B.Flack, G.Talbot, G.Martin, T.Hayden
Clubs present: Sun and Harrow, The Bull, White Lion, Dane End, Green Man
Various issues had been brought to the Committees attention with regard to the pre season friendlies played between the Clubs present.
Clubs were advised that the League have been instructed by the FA to come down on those Clubs where misconduct appears to be a problem and though the meeting was informal their attendance would be noted.
Clubs were refereed to the Conduct Codes and asked to ensure that the rules were adhered to.
All present accepted that the behaviour during the games was not acceptable and agreed to ensure these problems would not be carried forward to the League games.
